According to the results of the microbiological studies made, the test samples of polymer coatings TopPro Essential, TopPro Umbrella, TopPro Synergy and TopPro Freeze displayed antibacterial capability against reference-crop strains E.coli, S.aureus, S.enterica, P.aeruginosa, B.cereus, C. albicans and S.faecium when applied to the surfaces of cement or coated drywall. The results of the experiment show that the coatings preserved prolonged bactericidal and bactericidal effect not only within the periods of three to six months (where the effect of decontamination reached 98.2 - 100%), but also beyond - up to a year.
