The method has been certified by NSC "Institute of metrology" in accordance with GOST 8.010-99, certificate of attestation No.07-171 : 2013 of 27.05.2013. In order to optimize the conditions ofmeasurement performance,to minimize factors affecting measurement result error to enhance accuracy of measurements of gamma -emitting radionuclides activity in human body an experimental assessment of degree of affecting factor impact onto result of measurement of radionuclide activity in human body. It has been proved that even with insignificant external radioactive contamination of clothes of the patient, the result of gamma-emitting radionuclide activity measurement may be significantly overestimated, and the developed organizational measures completely excude the influence of this affecting factor on the measurement result Basic characteristics of whole body spectometer SVICH-M3 SKRINNER have been studied, namely the range of gamma-emitting radionuclides activity measurement in human body which equaled between 500 Bq to 1o106 Bq for 137 CS. The error of result of gamma-emitting radionuclides activity measurement in human body using whole body spectrometer SVICH-M3 "SKRINNER" as a measurement equipment means has been calculated. An algorithm of monthly monitoring over measurement result error has been developed, its operability has been confirmed in an experimental way .
