With the application of remote sensing methods and by ground sample inventory within the forest rezerved zone have been allocated forest tree stands, which are best preserved forest environment. Using mathematical and statistical methods of research were carried examination forest stands of the rezerved zone. It was founded and fixed some trial plots, which spatial and phytocoenotic structures of forest stands were studied. These plots can be the basis for monitoring of forest conditions. The species of ksylotroph fungi that are indicators of the degree of naturalness of forest plant communities were investigated.
