The dependences of pore size on the condensation process conditions have been determined. Physical properties, structure and elemental composition of porous micro- and nanotitanium systems have been studded using scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscope. Conditions of hydroxyapatite coatings formation on the surface of Ti6Al4V substrates modified by porous titanium have been found using technology of thermo deposition. Morphology of coatings was investigated with help of optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Phase composition of coatings have been defined by X-ray diffraction method.
