Influence of meaningful factors on the processes of functioning of facilities of conveyer transport with the purpose of decline of expenses of energy and increase of efficiency of transporting of mountain mass in difficult terms with the sources of instability is explored. The mathematical design of influencing of the phenomena which arise up in an external environment is executed, on the ground structure during moving of mobile composition of rail transport in the mountain technical terms of mines and mines. The ground and research of bases of technologies of creation of radiation-protective matters saving a resource for defence from the x-ray photography radiation on the basis of the use of unsteady matrix geo-technological mixtures from a phosphoric gypsum is executed. Researches by the method of mercury porometryy are executed and fractal analysis of porous structure of matrix of hard extraction agent and carbon matrix, determination of their fractal descriptions depending on correlation of sewing together agent, extraction agent and creator of steam.
