Description

A research object are methods of tribological tests, theory and experiment. The article of research are tribological descriptions of details of fine mechanics. The purpose of work consists: in development and realization of methods of tests on a friction and wear of standards of materials for the wares of fine mechanics, modified different technologies. In basis of work approach of the systems is fixed to determination of dependence of functional properties of surface of friction of details from influence of structural parameters and technological modes. As a result of implementation of work the theory of methods of tests is developed on a wear taking into account the specific of external of details of fine mechanics environments. The experimental are conducted tests of standards of materials taking into account a temperature factor and experimental tests of standards of materials in the conditions of high-speed friction. Duration of tests on a friction and wear of standards of materials for the wares of fine mechanics grows short in 2-3 times at the simultaneous
