Impurity paramagnetic ions Fe3+, Cr3+ and Nd3+ in silicate glasses can substitute silicon and form paramagnetic hole-compensated complexes such as [XO4]0. With allowance for made assumptions, idea of a PTS model application to paramagnetic hole-compensated complexes [XO4] 0 in silicate glasses results in the systematic reasonable agreement with experimental data of spontaneous polarizing echo in different glasses with different paramagnetic impurities and in a broad range of frequencies, temperatures and magnetic fields.
