We obtained relations for integrals of certain type that contain fundamental solutions of the equation of Schroedinger type. It allowed us to show the form-invariance of the isospectral Hamiltonians with multi-well potentials obtained in frames of SUSY QM. We used example of harmonic oscillator to obtain explicit form of the isospectral Hamiltonians with multi-well poteintials and the corresponding wave functions. We have shown that shape of the potanitials can be varied in a wide range due to presence of free parametewrs in the model. It is of special importance for description of such phenomena as tunnleling which is sencitive to structure properties of the multi-well potentials.
