Measurement of the absorption and fluorescence spectra were carried out. The synthesized dyes demonstrated the ability to be found in the cellular material. It was found that the dye Rhod_Chol has no negative impact on the viability and metabolic activity.It is resistant to burnout, and has a significant capacity for retention in cells.
