Aim of investigation: - development of Ukraine National standards the voluntary use of which can be seen as evidence of compliance with the essential Technical Regulations requirements to the radio equipment and telecommunications terminal (terminal) equipment and their introduction into the economy of Ukraine; - development of National standards (DSTU), harmonization with European ETSI EN 300 330-2:2010, ETSI EN 301 166-2:2009 standards. Results: in the course of this work carried out research aimed at creating a national Regulatory framework with account of the current level of new radio technologies development. In accordance with the terms of reference were developed two national standards of Ukraine: DSTU ETSI EN 300 330-2:201_ Electromagnetic compatibility and Radio spectrum. Short range radio equipment in the 9 кHz to 25 MHz frequency range and inductive loop systems in the 9 кHz to 30 MHz frequency range. Part 2.
