It is shown, that in FR the fluctuations of the neutron flux arise with the period or several hours, which are extinguished by the reactor without any external influence; thus there is no reactor runaway. The nucleation rate and distribution function of helium-vacancy complexes at the nucleation stage in nickel in conditions of reactor irradiation are found. The propositions to the development and construction of the device for combined micromagnetic analysis of reactor steels are formulated.
