The relaxation between phonon and electron subsystems in a solid state is considered in the case when in each subsystem the equilibrium is already reached, the distribution function of electrons and phonons are equilibrium ones, and each of them corresponds to its own temperature. It is shown that at high temperature the amount of heat transferred from electrons to phonons is proportional to a difference of the first degrees of their temperatures. At low temperature, much less than Debye temperature, the heat exchange is nonlinear in temperature and depends on dimensionality of phonon system. In case of bulk phonons the heat transfer is proportional to the difference of fifth degrees of temperatures, while in case of surface phonons it is proportional to the difference of the fourth degrees. The general formula is derived which takes into account the nonlinear law of phonon dispersion and arbitrary dimensionality of their phase space.
