It was shown, that thermocycling at slow velocities of temperature variation results in increased, relative to the isothermal annealing, exhaustion of a solid solution. The cluster size distribution function is considerably broader than for isothermal process. Nevertheless there are conditions of instantaneous heating, which result in a relative narrowing of a new phase cluster spectrum. The principal possibility of nucleation control with the use of different modes of temperature variation is shown. The chemical reactions going together with diffusion mass transfer are theoretically investigated in heterogeneous, multiphase systems in which one heterogeneous and one homogeneous reaction goes simultaneously. The main body of results is obtained analytically as exact solutions, or as asymptotic small-parameter expansions. The role of Langmuir kinetics of an adsorption / desorption for a heterogeneous reaction was analyzed. The time evolution of component concentrations and the ratio of yields of homogeneous and heterogeneous reactions was determined, as well as the parameters which determine them.
