The process of deflection considered negatively charged particles by atomic rows of bended crystalls at a time when the beam incident on the crystal at an angle comparable to the angle of axial channeling. It is shown that the main mechanism of beam deflection of particles in this case is the mechanism of stochastic multiple scattering of particles in the curved chains of atoms of the crystal, and the periodicity of the atomic rows of the crystal is not important for the scattering. This mechanism is associated with the phenomenon of dynamical chaos in the motion of particles in a periodic field of the crystal atoms predicted in 1990-th in KIPT. Analysis of recent experiments at CERN, obtained in 2010, showed that this mechanism is the deflectio of the particle beam curved crystal is responsible for the results obtained in this experiment data. 2.2. In 2010, CERN, a special experimental study predicted in KIPT effect of suppression of radiation of ultrarelativistic electrons in thin layers of matter (TSF-effect).
