The process of coherent radiation of ultrarelativistic electrons in the field of continuous potential of deformed planes of atoms in the crystal are considered. Formulas for the spectral distribution of coherent radiation are obtained. It is shown that in a wide energy range of electrons this process can be considered in the dipole approximation. It is shown that the nature of radiation depend essentially on the conditions of motion of the particle. When a particle crosses the deformed planes of atoms of a crystal radiation is determined by the formulas of the theory of coherent radiation with a variable angle of incidence of particles at the atomic plane. When reflecting particles from the curved planes of atoms of a crystal radiation in the region of small frequencies determined by the angle scattering of particles. 3.2. Theory of polarization correlations in the process of Compton scattering of laser wave on the relativistic electron are developed. Asimple representation for the amplitudes of Compton scattering, which exhibits various symmetry properties of the process, are founded. Use of found spin correlations at the accelerators of electrons are proposed. These regularities of transverse polarization of the electrons can be used for effective polarimetry of electron beams.
