For the first time this approach allowed to build the boost generators without using Noether's theorem. In the framework of the generalized elastic model the fractional Langevin equations were derived and developed a new theoretical approach that enables to find a universal scaling law for systems with equilibrium and nonequilibrium initial conditions.
