Goal is to improve the methodology and organization of accounting, taxation, analysis and auditing at enterprises (companies, organizations) under conditions of Ukrainian integration into EU. Research methods and equipment - the research is based on combination of dialectic and historical methods of cognition of economic processes, usage of theoretical and empirical research techniques: abstraction, deduction, induction, analysis, synthesis, observation, measurement, grouping, comparison, schematic and graphic simulation. Methods of analysis and synthesis were used for studying of condition of accounting, taxing and auditing in Ukraine; monographic method was used for detailed analysis of accounting aspects scientific development in works of domestic and foreign scientists; comparison of average and relative values method - for activity indexes matching at Ukrainian enterprises; geographic - for visual reflection of accounting and auditing system forming features.; grouping - for determination of interdependence between separate indexes; calculative-contractive - for justification of proposed methodology. In the frames of complex of scientific methods, principals and accounting logics formed information provides better understanding of meaning of economy that allows active influencing on the order of their implementation. Theoretical and practical results are development of monographs, scientific articles, scientific and methodological recommendations, textbooks, teaching aids, dissertations, scientific reports. Newness is in deepening and development of methodology and organization of accounting, taxation, analysis and auditing at enterprises (companies, organizations) under conditions of Ukrainian integration into EU.
