Field of application can be used by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine for developing and implementing a single state policy on the methodology of accounting, financial reporting, and application of IASPS; further processing of changes and additions to the Law of Ukraine "On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine" and other laws and regulations of Ukraine; providing methodological, methodical and other help to government and businesses on the practical application of NP(S)APS that have been developed on the basis of IASPS.
