The aim of the work is to determine the impact of projects aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions that are implemented in the relevant sectors (sectoral distribution of the national inventory) on the data and information that is displayed in the national inventory. In the process of the stage work the Ukrainian and international legislative and regulatory framework in relation to projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and develop a national inventory of emissions and removals of greenhouse gases was investigated. The analysis of joint projects that are registered with the State Environmental Investment Agency of Ukraine from the point of view of establishing their possible interactions with the national inventory of emissions and removals of greenhouse gases was made. Projects for reducing emissions relative to their impact on the national inventory were developed and classified .
