The purpose of providing services is to enhance energy security through access to the global resources of LNG to provide regulatory support in manufacture of vertical storage tanks for keeping LNG and SNG through the development of normative document (ND), 14620 "Design and manufacture of site built, vertical, cylindrical, flat-bottomed steel tanks for the storage of refrigerated, liquefied gases with operating temperatures between 0 ° C and -165 ° C", harmonized with the European standards series EN-14620. Research methods - systematic and fundamental analysis, methods of comparison and grouping, etc. During the services the first edition of five-part European standards EN - 14620 was developed , the structure and content of the main provisions of each of the five parts of the standards , procedure and methods of enactment of standards , quality of conformance to the European Standard EN - 14620, their interconnection with other regulatory documents of the EU were analyzed.
