The following procedure were used: the pre-treated glass substrate coated with ITO vacuum formed hole-injection layer of CuI, formed a layer based simultaneous evaporation from one evaporator material BIPC3 and DMAC27 (DMAC36), formed by electron-injection layer and the electrode TCz1 Ca / Al under vacuum over 10-5 Tor.
