Ivasishin, Registration Date 20-11-2013 Organization Institute of Metal Physic G.V.Kurdyumov NAS of the Ukraine popup.description2 It is established that proposed technology of rods thermomechanical processing (forging + rolling) and hot heading of bolts from VT22 alloy allows to obtain uniform microstructure ensuring required for high strength fasteners mechanical properties. It is shown that employing rapid heating of VT22 preforms became possible to produce complicated-shape head of bolts via one pass at temperature 700-850oС.
