Object of work – experimental research of the side frames (drawing 578.00.019-0) fatigue characteristics by multiple repeated loading for conformity assessment of obtained values to the requirements of normative documents in force and parts manufacturing stability assessment of PC “KSZ” in the first half-year 2013. Research method – complete fatigue testing of side frames on the test rig by means of multiple repeated loading at asymmetrical load cycle with fixed average cycle load at several load conditions.Results for periodic complete fatigue tests of the side frames (drawing 578.00.019-0) are given in this report along with certificate of their manufacturing technology conformance at PC “KSZ” in the first half-year 2013. Research work results are used during manufacturing of the side frames (drawing 578.00.019-0) in PC “KSZ”.
