Object of work – experimental research of bolsters (drawing 1750.00.001) and side frames (drawing 1750.00.102) fatigue characteristics for conformity assessment of obtained values to the requirements of normative documents in force and stability assessment of parts manufacturing technology at PJSC “AzovElektroStal” in the first half-year 2013.Research method –reduced fatigue testing of bolsters and side frames on the test rig by means of multiple repeated loading at asymmetrical load cycle with fixed average cycle load at one load condition. In this report results of periodic fatigue test of bolsters (drawing 1750.00.001) and side frames (drawing1750.00.102) are given with certificate of manufacturing technology conformance at PJSC “AzovElektroStal” in the first half-year 2013. Research work results are used during manufacturing of bolsters (drawing 1750.00.001) and side frames (drawing 1750.00.102) at PJSC “AzovElektroStal”.
