Description

Objects of study – coupler yokes (drawing 106.00.001-2) manufactured by Public Company “Kremenchug Steel Works (hereinafter referred to as PC “KSZ”). Object of work – experimental research of coupler yokes fatigue characteristics (drawing 106.00.001-2) for conformity assessment of obtained values to the requirements of normative documents in force and assessment of the parts manufacturing technology stability at PC “KSZ” in the first half-year 2013. Research method – reduced fatigue rig tests of coupler yokes by means of multiple cycle loading at asymmetric loading cycle with fixed average cycle load at one loading condition. Periodic fatigue tests results of coupler yokes (drawing 106.00.001-2) are represented in this report and conformance certificate of their manufacturing technology at PC “KSZ” in the first half-year 2013 is given.
