The structure and the functional possibilities of the complex's systems are directed to the forming of "design routes" allowing reproducing designing process as a set of interacting web-services and allowing a user to select best ways to solve a task. According to the results of the analysis of existing web-service supporting systems based on their own architectural decisions, description languages, graphical editors and so on, the approach has been suggested which uses existing tools and web-standards maximally. The analysis of a functional composition and a structure of the NetALLTED interdisciplinary designing complex has been fulfilled from the platform-independent circuit design system creating point of view. Special functional web-services to access the NetALLTED complex have been developed, which have an alternative realization allowing a user to select most suitable method to solve a separate task or to compose an alternative design route comparing investigation results. A graphic-user interface is realized as a web-interface accessible from any workplace equipped by a web-browser and connected to the Internet.
