The traditional stretch-exponential parameterization was applied to set specificity of the natural physical aging kinetics in the studied glasses. It is shown that adequate description of the natural and photoinduced physical aging in Se-rich As-Se glasses can be done within chaos theory determing specifics of natural and photoinduced physical aging in Se-enriched glasses.
