The research object is crystal-like structures (CSs) and devices built on their basis. The purpose of work is development of design methods and technical decisions of high effective two-phase CSs and devices built on their basis. Research methods are development of models and computer design of two-phase CSs devices built on their basis, experimental researches of models devices descriptions. To improve the efficiency of microstrip signal processing devices proposed two-phase CS provides increased isolation of signals in the passband and the suppression of -60 dB and reducing the size of devices in 2 ... 4 times due to a substantial increase in the localization of the electromagnetic field in comparison with the traditional structures. The physical and technical fundamentals of the CSs and the two-phase devices were developed, including mathematical and computer models of structures, analytical relationships between the characteristics and design parameters of the structures, patented technical solutions. Completed development of models of devices and their characteristics are studied experimentally. A technique for designing signal processing devices based on two-phase CSs was developed. The results of R&D was implemented in the educational process in the academic disciplines, in preparation of dissertations and attestation works. The results can be applied at enterprises of radioelectronic profile and relevant educational institutions of Ukraine.
