The professionally important qualities of the military personnel, engaged in performing the proposed tasks (persons using weapons, investigators, drivers, field servicers, individuals working in extreme conditions) have been distinguished. A set of methods for monitoring the professional suitability of the personnel of Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) has been scientifically grounded. There has been proposed a procedure for organizing and monitoring the health-psychophysiological status of SSU workers.
