Optimal parameters of spawn radiation and its influence on fructification of mushrooms were determinated. It was demonstrated that the spawn radiation of investigated species results in the earlier fructification. The examination of suggested cultivation biotechnologies in mushroom farms of Ukrain and Belarus was conducted.
