The aim of work is the synthesis of these compounds, the study of their space structure and hypoglycemic properties. As a result of the project the new biologically active compounds of macrocyclic and heterocyclic series which exhibit hypoglycemic effect confirmed on laboratory mouse were received. When administered orally, these compounds may reduce blood glucose levels by 45 % from baseline for up to 24 hours.
