Signals of television centers at the over horizon path are analyzed. Preliminary experiments during various seasons, under different weather conditions are performed and their results are processed. Performed preliminary statistical processing of GNSS signals and television centers allowed defining the influence of troposphere refraction and precipitation on signals characteristic and determining informative signs, which can be used for the diagnostics of troposphere refraction and meteorological phenomena.
