The subjects of research are: - system of quality assurance for higher medical education in Ukraine, its conformity to the State and Industry standards, strategy of development of higher education in Ukraine, ways of harmonization with European standards and norms; - International standards of undergraduate medical education -WFME (world federation for medical education) as an adequate basis for improving the quality of undergraduate medical education in Ukraine, improvement of the system training of higher medical (pharmaceutical) education institutions of Ukraine in licensing and accreditation, carrying out internal audits activities of the University and its structural subdivisions; - the existing system of external assessment of student performance as an important way to improve the quality of educational process organization; - development of new and updating of existing Provisions concerning the organization of educational process, as the scientific-pedagogical support and quality management in the system of training of doctors and pharmacists in the University: "Provision on organization of educational process on credit-modular system", "Provision on the Department of Bogomolets", "regulations on the organization and procedures of the state certification of graduates Bogomolets on specialities "General medicine", "Pediatrics", "preventive care", "dentistry", "medical psychology", "Provision on rating system of estimation of activity of the student in the learning on the credit-modular and traditional system", "Provision on intersemester assesment of students in O.Bogomolets University", "Methodical recommendations on preparation for licensing integrated exams "Step 1", "Step 2" as sectoral monitoring the quality of higher medical education in accordance with European requirements". Purpose - to develop and introduce the methodology of quality management in higher medical education in accordance with the requirements of European and national standards with the update of the final requirements to the specialist as a tool of management, preparation of quality of the University to the accreditation of the Ministry of education of Ukraine and the international accreditation Research methods. The methodological basis of the research-theoretical and methodological principles of scientific knowledge and a systemic-structural analysis of objects. To solve the set tasks were applied methods of scientific and pedagogical research, which enable to establish objective regularities of training and education of students theoretical and empirical research methods: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy, classification, systematize theoretical data, survey, interviewing teachers and students, content analysis of pedagogical documentation, rating, testing statistical methods of research. Developed a methodology for the mapping of process and successful activity indicators of University, the analysis of the quality of the work units based on this technique. Developed methodical materials for internal audit departments and deans to organize their work in compliance with international standards updated and created a number of provisions of the organization of educational work in University at the present stage. Results of work are introduced in the educational process of the National O.O.Bohomolets medical University, Central methodical Cabinet of higher medical education of health of Ukraine confirmed the necessity of introduction in educational process medical education in Ukraine.
