It is shown that at sufficiently high energies for a long time after the drift out of matter, electrons and electron- positron pairs can be in a "half-naked" state of strongly suppressed low-frequency components of the Fourier field. The explicit asymptotic expressions for the Fourier component of the electric field in the space for small and large distances from the substance are obtained. The obtained results demonstrate the possibility of electron staying in the "half-naked" state, which is important for the development of experimental methods of " half-naked " electron study at CERN SPS accelerator. The process of scattering of high-energy electrons in ultra thin crystals is investigated. The deflection function of particle scattering by a crystal atomic chain and the angular distributions of the scattered particles at its falling on the crystal at a small angle to the one of crystallographic axes are obtained. It is shown that the obtained results practically no change at the accounting the particle redistribution over transverse energy during its entering a crystal. These results will be used in the study of coherent radiation suppression in thin crystals due to the staying of electrons in the "half-naked" state, which are planned CERN.
