Methods of research - the method of fractionation of blood plasma by Cohn, immunologic, immunochemical, biochemical, chromatography, biological, statistic. By means of the improvement technology it is obtained three series of the intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG). It is investigated the main physical and chemical properties, molecular parameters, immunology and haematology safety, anticomplement activity, biological properties and purity degree of IVIG. The resultes of investigate showed the technological process of the manufacture of IVIG needs the further improvement for the lowering of the immunoglobulin A and M.
