It was shown that heating of magnetit MF under action of alternating magnetic field (AMF) is depended on pH of micromilieu and pH of MF. Manganite MF does not demonstrate pH dependence. Tumor reaction after MF administration into the tumor is characterized by stromal element activation. Distribution of nanoparticles through out tumor is not homogenous. Nanoparticles are absent in normal tissues.
