It was demonstrated that dialkilcarbonates (dimethylcarbonate and diethylcarbonate) are prospective in the reaction of heterogeneous splitting of siloxane bonds at mild temperatures and without catalysts. The laboratory technical regalement (LTR 03291669.003-2013) and the temporary technical regalement (TTR 03291669.015-2013) were developed under this Project summarizing the research of the influence of the modification reaction conditions on a number of the attached organic groups and study of the structure of the chemisorbed layer.
