The technique of preparation of Ni - containing composites based on stabilized zirconia and doped Pt, Pd and modified CeO2, as prototypes of anode materials of SOFC. These catalysts have a high activity (100 % conversion of propane and butane at 500 °C, methane at 700 °C), resistance to coking and oxidation reaction in an oxygen conditions during the oxidative reforming of natural gas components. Catalysts of three component reactions (CO/NOx/CnHm) are made in a block of the honeycomb structure with uniform surface coating of active composition of oxides of Co and Ce, Pd ( 0.1 %) and ZrO2, Al2O3. The catalysts ensure cleaning of exhaust gases from carbon monoxide (CO) up to 95-99 %, from hydrocarbons (CxHy) up to 85-90 %, from nitrogen oxides (NOx) up to 95-99 %. The technology of manufacture of honeycomb catalysts provides for dispersion of manganese oxides and stabilizing additives in porous matrices of the Al2O3 and/or ZrO2, high mechanical strength of supported oxide coating. This is responsible for the significant activity and stability of these catalysts in the deep methane oxidation (80-100% conversion of methane is achieved at temperatures of 650 - 750oC for repeated operating cycles).
