Based on the research results of structural strength and performance of cutting carbide inserts, obtained on the basis of traditional and specialized techniques allowing for the production base , the system implemented technical approach and optimized modification technology for tool materials on operational parameters is realized. Results of laboratory and industrial tests are used for optimization of the regimes of tool materialsmodification . Results of the project are introduced into production at PAT "NKMZ with saving rate400 thousand UAH.
