This improvement obtained by creating devices that have higher accuracy and resolution. Conversion function capacitive sensors radial runouts of cylindrical surfaces of shafts powerful electric machines are defined. Above cited sensors have a different shape and geometry. Determined analytical and graphical dependencies of error capacitive sensors runouts with flat active electrodes, which is depend of finite width of guard electrode. Errors capacitive sensors runouts of different types caused by defects in the assembly machine (misalignment, imbalance) are defined. Electronic circuits that implement the algorithm for measuring runouts are developed. Developed and made the experimental model of meter runouts, which provides high accuracy and resolution of the measurement. A principles of construction of meters clamp, adapted to the changes of currents and frequency of network, and method of compensation of unbalanced electromotive force of Hall convertor are developed. Description of the equipment developed and applied in serial production are given.
