As a result of this stage completion, methods are proposed, algorithms and respective mathematical models are developed to optimize the discharge-pulse technologies by choosing the necessary parameters and operating modes of nonlinear-parametric and multi-circuit pulse current generators for the stabilized and high voltage initiated discharges on condition of minimum relative prebreakdown energy losses. The experimental test bench is manufactured based on the diagram of the two-circuit pulse current generator allowing for measuring the hydraulic and electrodynamical characteristics of the high-voltage breakdown in water during one discharge with a controllable energy supply to the discharge channel. This allowed for more accurate, improved and tested mathematical models and algorithms that are suggested. It is shown that with use of the two-circuit pulse current generator in accordance with requirements of discharge-pulse technologies it is possible to monitor to some extent the amplitude value of the second pressure pulse.
