Objective - to develop physical-and-hygienic criteria of the effect of physical training in the enterprises of secondary education on the formation of pupils' health. Results - criteria of the assessment of the programs on physical training of the pupils and the efficacy of physical training in the enterprises of secondary education have been developed and scientifically substantiated. Methodical approach to the determination and assessment of the adaptive -and-reserve possibilities of the organism of school age children has been elaborated. A method for the assessment of foot vault among school age children has been developed in a screening study. Methodical approaches to the hygienic assessment of the educational programs on physical training and physical training lessons have been developed. The Fine Child's Posture, program on the prophylaxis and correction of posture disorders has been developed and introduced. Its efficacy has been determined.
