Algorithm of sanitary-and-epidemiological assessment of the parkings has been developed. Questioning of the specialists of the SES from different regions of Ukraine has been performed by means of specially developed questionnaire. It was determined that the violations of the requirements of the existed standard documents for the provision with the systems of mechanical and automatic plenum-exhaust ventilation took place, depending upon type, in 43,0-71,4 % of overland and underground parking designs. It was proved that assessment of microclimate and ventilation of underground objects should be carried out taking into account sizes and depth of breaking ground, constructive peculiarities and purpose of the use, organization of ventilation operation, heating etc. It was established that noise from the ventilation equipment of the underground objects of public purpose could reach 75 dBA and affected negatively the adjoining territory of the residential building and the nearest living accommodations and was a risk factor of the population's complaints. It needs a use of noise protective measures at the design. Data testify that an operation of a compulsory plenum-exhaust ventilation at the standard air change can supply the lower than standard values of Radon-222 ERSA (13-38 Bq· m-3 ) in the premises of underground public enterprises.
