Aim of investigation is to justify experimentally the advisability of nonsteroidal antiandrogens usage for the prevention of anovulatory syndrome development, and for increase of efficacy of hormonal ovulation inductors under polycystic ovaries syndrome and other hyperandrogenic states. Methods: рhysiological, biochemical, hormonal, morphological, statistical. Results:the initiating role of androgens was determined in pathogenetic mechanisms of anovulation development, disorders of testosterone metabolism and sexual behavior, as well as of hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenocortical axis stress and noradrenergic reactivity in androgenized female rats. Chronical stressing of females during pubescence reinforced the negative influence of androgen excess on reproductive system due to the changes in pubertational hormonal homeostasis. The preventive effect of nonsteroidal antiandrogen flutamide on disorders of pubescence, anovulation syndrome development and carbohydrate tolerance was demonstrated in female rats androgenized during pubertation. The potentiating effect of flutamide on pharmacodynamic action of gonadotropin medications in ovulation induction was revealed. The results of investigation point out the possibility of nonsteroidal antiandrogens use both for prevention of polycystic ovary and for increase of gonadotropin stimulation of ovaries in hyperandrogenic states.
