Aim of investigation is to learn the functional state of kidneys, hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal system, levels of proinflamatory lymphokines and hormones for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with a metabolic syndrome and erectile dysfunction. Research methods are: physical, radionuklide, radioimunological, statistical. Results: findings testify that in male patients with, a metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes mellitus without a presence physical and laboratory signs of kidney violation there is deceleration of indexes of filtration and excretion which can be predictors of early development and rapid progress of diabetic nephropaty. In men with erectile disfunction on a background of metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes mellitus there is androgendeficiency, what is testified by low levels of total and free testosterone. Androgendeficiency in metabolic syndrome and stype 2 diabetes mellitus male patients caused not only by absolute deficiency of testosterone, but also relative, as well, for them a decline of testosterone/estradiol coefficient is marked. Hypogonadal state in men with a metabolic syndrome and sype 2 diabetes mellitus is mixed type, because the low testosterone levels in majority of patients is associated with the normal of concentration of gonadotropine hormones. Testosterone replacement therapy leds to signifficant increase of free and total testosterone levels in patients with metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
