Purpose - to develop and improve methods of early diagnosis and adequate pathogenetic treatments for diabetic angioneuropathy. Methods: biochemical, ELISA, instrumental, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: analyzed the frequency of complications of diabetes among the general population of patients separately among patients with 1 and 2 type of disease. Shown wide oscillation frequency of diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy among patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) with type 1 and 2 in different regions of Ukraine. Found that silent myocardial ischemia in patients with diabetes occurs in 20% more than in coronary heart disease (CHD) in individuals without diabetes, and is characterized by a deep-segment depression ST, the total duration of ischemia and duration of individual episodes of ischemia that distinguishes this group of patients not only from people with coronary artery disease without diabetes, but also on patients with diabetes who suffer a painful form of myocardial ischemia. Spasm of pylorus of the stomach is connected with the development of diabetic autonomic neuropathy and may be attributed to signs of gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy in patients with type 1 diabetes. The concentration of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-? in the blood of patients with type 1 diabetes significantly increased with prolonged diabetes and formation of diabetic nephropathy. In patients suffering from type 2 diabetes with obesity, have less total concentration of vitamin D, while the majority of these patients (72%) suffer severe deficiency of vitamin D. Optimized surgical treatment of diabetic foot syndrome, which reduced the level of amputations of the foot and in 92% of cases keep supporting function of the extremities. Was demonstrated effectiveness of the new drug and non-drug treatments for chronic complications of diabetes - diabetic arthropathy, plantar fascites, diabetic retinopathy and urinary tract infections in patient with diabetes.
