The goal of our work - creation of collective excitations theory of electron gas on cylindrical nanotube surface in magnetic field and electromagnetic waves theory in layered superconductors. Method of investigation - temperature Green functions, functional methods.Spectra of plasma waves in electron gas on a surface of semiconducting nanotube with a superlattice are considered. The external magnetic field is directed along the axis of the nanotube and the superlattice. The analysis of the intraband and interband magnetoplasma waves in degenerated electron gas is presented in quantum and quasiclassical limits. If a number of angular motion levels are filled up then the magnetoplasmon frequencies oscillate similarly to the de Haas - van Alphen oscillations with the variation of nanotube parameters. The frequencies demonstrate also the Aharonov - Bohm oscillations on magnetic flux through the nanotube cross-section. The oscillation pattern is determined by the ratio of the Fermi energy to minizone width. If this ratio is sufficiently large the beats appear on the plot of magnetoplasmon frequency as a function of tube parameters. Landau-Silin spin waves spectra on the semiconductor cylindrical nanotube surface with superlattice is considered. Tube's energy spectrum within the framework of short-range electron interaction model in Hartree-Fock approximation is used. Electron gas dynamic spin susceptibility components in the random phase approximation are calculated. Spin waves spectra in case of low and high electron density are obtained. It is shown that the waves frequency undergoes oscillations similar to de Haas-van Alphen oscillations with nanotube's parameters changes and Aharonov-Bohm oscillations with magnetic flux through its cross-section changes. Magnon spectrum beats are found. The received results assist the creation of new directions in the nanotechnology, objects of research are the functional elements of modern apparatures.
