Karazin popup.description2 Subject of investigation is the electrical activity of superfluid helium. Purpose of the work is the interaction features explanation of the microwaves with superfluid helium. Analysis is theoretical. Part of electric induction which is proportional relative speed of normal and superfluid komponent is found in this work. In kinetic approach equalizations of twoliquid hydrodynamics are got taking into account the electric fields. For low temperature spatially the heterogeneous electric fields it is rotined that takes place absorption of energy of these fields on the Akhiezer mechanism. Using unlocal connection between pressure and closeness, equalizations of the forced vibrations of environment are got (phonons and rotons), which allow to explain anomalous absorption SHF waves. Along with these fast processes, there are slower processes of microwave photons scattering on rotons, which lead to additional absorption of resonant microwave energy and appearing of resonant peak on a broad pedestal. It is shown that the resonance line changes with temperature as well as the minimum energy rotons. Theoretical explanation of the flow influence on resonant absorption of microwaves is given. The linearity of the electric field term in the roton energy, helps to explain the linear splitting of the resonance line in two symmetrical lines.
