It is concluded that, for many of model calculations in this step, should select the following two sections, which are important for long-term planning and sustainable development of the coastal zone. The first section (area Bakal Spit - northwest coast of Crimea) shoreline changes are mainly determined by climatic changes of the Black Sea (the increase) and storm activity (increased frequency of western and south-western storms and decreasing north and northwest) In the second section (resort area Evpatoria) climatic changes play a secondary role. The main reason is receding coastlines and human activities. The numerical simulation of wave propagation and coastal currents generated fields of winds and waves, showed that destructive waves occur mainly during the cold half of the year and have north-east and south-east. The analysis of the likelihood of different wave heights and directions of propagation of excitement for the five groups of wave heights, it will form the basis for numerous model calculations on sediment transport in the coastal zone and coastal erosion and development trends of erosion processes in the coastal zone of the Black Sea and Azov Sea, which will be performed in the next phase SIW.
