The forming of biological factor depends on character of technological operation, kind and quality of raw material , the parameters of temperature and humidity of air .The data obtained show the straight-proportional dependence on the level of dust and microflora in processing facilities. As a result of microbiological researches of raw material the 16 types of microfungi were distinguished, 11 of them are potent producer of toxins. Fungi can be the most credible risk factor for working in case of occurring of the professionally-conditioned and professional diseases of workers of agrarian sector due to their infectious, allergen and toxic action. On the basis of hygienical researches prophylactic measures are reasonable for prevention of unfavorable influence on the state of health of working. Job performances will be inculcated as a project of sanitary rules on an equipment and maintenance of enterprises on the production of biofuel from a digister( biodiesel).
